Terms of Use

By accessing or using NURA, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service on behalf of another person, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on their behalf.

You must be at least 16 years old to use NURA. The Service is not intended for children under 16.

NURA provides AI-assisted analysis of user-submitted photos (such as urine, stool, and health-related documents), habit and hydration tracking, wellness insights, reminders, and educational content. The Service is intended for general wellness and educational purposes only.

NURA is not a medical device, and it does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. AI-generated results are probabilistic, may be inaccurate, and must not be used as a substitute for professional medical judgment.

• Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making health decisions.
• If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, call your local emergency number immediately.
• Do not delay seeking care because of anything you read or see in the Service.

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate, current, and complete information.
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• All activity that occurs under your account.

Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe pose a security or legal risk.

NURA offers free and paid subscription plans (monthly or annual). By purchasing a subscription you agree that:

• Payment is charged through your app store or payment provider (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play, RevenueCat).
• Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal.
• You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time through your app-store account settings.
• Free trials automatically convert to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends.
• Refunds are handled according to the policy of the store or payment processor through which you purchased. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
• Upload content depicting or belonging to another person without their consent.
• Upload illegal, obscene, or abusive content.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, or interfere with the Service or its AI models.
• Circumvent security, rate limits, subscription controls, or usage quotas.
• Use the Service to build a competing product or to train other AI models.

You retain ownership of the photos, notes, and data you submit ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant NURA a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, analyze, and display it solely to operate, secure, and improve the Service for you. We do not sell your User Content. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit any content you upload.

AI outputs are generated automatically and may contain errors, omissions, or misinterpretations. Outputs:

• Are educational and non-diagnostic.
• May vary between sessions even for similar inputs.
• Should never be relied upon for clinical, legal, or financial decisions.

You are solely responsible for how you interpret and act on any output.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect, how we use it, and your rights. By using NURA, you consent to that processing.

NURA relies on third-party providers, which may include cloud hosting, authentication, analytics, AI model providers, payment processors, and app stores. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

The Service, including its software, design, branding, text, graphics, and AI systems, is owned by NURA or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. All other rights are reserved.

If you send us feedback, suggestions, or ideas, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use them without obligation to you. Feedback is provided on a non-confidential basis.

You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account from within the app. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, misuse the Service, or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately, but sections that by their nature should survive (e.g., IP, disclaimers, liability limits) will remain in effect.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability. We do not warrant that AI outputs are accurate, complete, or reliable.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• NURA and its affiliates, officers, employees, and providers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of health outcomes, data, profits, or goodwill.
• Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to NURA in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) USD $50.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold NURA harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory local law requires otherwise. Where permitted, you and NURA agree to first attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting us.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will notify you in the app or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
